Appletech Construction has been a locally owned and operated business since 1979 and has earned a reputation for quality, dependability and integrity. After several years of working together on innumerable projects, Timber & Stone and Appletech Construction have decided to join forces and merge under one design-build umbrella. Our goal for the future is to provide thoughtfully designed projects combined with efficient yet thorough construction services to Manhattan, KS and the surrounding area.

Appletech Design & Construction has been in business since 1984, purchased in 1999 by George and Annette Lauppe and sold to Michael and Judine Mecseri at the beginning of 2024. With Michael at the helm, T&S and Appletech are now a one-stop shop for design and construction services that delivers unique, one of a kind projects that meet or exceed our customer’s and the market’s needs. Appletech has worked on many successful projects over the years and has had many returning customers. Part of this success has been their ability to retain multiple key employees for 20 plus years. We retained six of their best employees to carry on the tradition of providing the same type of top quality projects for which they are known.
